Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped the next business day from when the order was received. You will receive the tracking in 3-5 days. 

Delivery Timeline:

All items are usually delivered in 10-15 business days from shipment. Delivery might be different based on the destination of shipping and other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you may monitor the journey of your package.

Shipping Protection

At checkout you can choose Standard Shipping + Protection for $10. If your protected order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will reship it to you free of charge. To make a claim, email us with your order number within 30 days of the expected delivery date; for damaged items, please include a photo.

Shipping Protection is optional. Our regular free shipping is selected by default, and the $10 is only charged if you choose the protected option.
